地理类学术型研究生专创融合发展现状及对策研究

摘要

当前，地理学在国家经济社会发展中有着不可替代的作用，急需科研能力和实践应用能力强的创新创业类人才，因此推动地理类学术型研究生专创融合发展迫在眉睫。该文采用文献分析与比较研究方法，从专创融合的内涵出发，以地理类学术型研究生为研究对象，在界定专创融合内涵的基础上，针对发展过程中存在的问题，从融合目标、课程体系、师资队伍、实训平台、评价机制等方面提出相应的对策，促进地理专业知识教育与创新创业教育深度融合，提高地理学人才培养质量，为研究生专创融合发展提供一定的思路。该文的创新点在于聚焦地理类学术型研究生这一特定群体，提出系统化的培养机制。

Abstract

At present, geography plays an irreplaceable role in the country’s economic and social development, and there is an urgent need for innovative and entrepreneurial talents with strong scientific research ability and practical application ability. On the basis of defining the connotation of the integration of specialization and innovation, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of integration goals, curriculum system, teaching staff, training platform, evaluation mechanism, etc., in view of the problems existing in the development process, so as to promote the deep integration of geography professional knowledge education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, improve the quality of geography talent training, and provide certain ideas for the integrated development of graduate students. The innovation of this paper is to focus on the specific group of geography academic graduate students and propose a systematic training mechanism.
